Learn about the signature process
that goes into making every bag.
Using only the best quality clay imported from Germany, the clay is prepared.
Next, the clay is made into shapes.
The designs are etched/painted onto the clay while it is still moist.
The clay is left to dry. This process can take anywhere from a few days to several weeks. It is very important to allow the clay to properly dry so that it does not crack.
When the clay has dried, final touches are administered to make the surface perfect.
The clay is placed into a special oven with a temperature of 950˚C for the first burn.
After the first burn, the glaze is painted on with special colours imported from Italy and Germany.
After the glaze, the clay is burned a second time at a higher temperature (1140-1250˚C).
